Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Agree to Joint Custody

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have finally reached an agreement when it comes to the custody of their two young twins, Bob and Max. The estranged pair took their revised deal, which
states that they will share joint custody of their children, to an LA judge yesterday, according to TMZ.

Both Mueller and Sheen's attorneys went to Judge Hank Goldberg's chambers to inform him that the couple had reconsidered their custody stalemate. The new agreement will issue joint custody of the twins to both the ex-'Two and a Half Men' star and Mueller, who has been dealing with her substance abuse problem until recently.

Although each parent has yet to sign the deal, when in affect it will give joint legal and physical custody to both parents. Although, TMZ reports that the two-year-old boys will still be spending more time with mama Mueller than with their daddy. Sheen and Mueller will wait to sign the new documents until they are removed from the court -- documents that are not filed within the courthouse can be kept confidential. The move will also allow Sheen and Mueller to forgo their forthcoming court date.

Charlie Sheen Puts His Sober Valley Ranch on the Market

Looking for the perfect pad to host a bevy of porn stars fueled by a briefcase full of cocaine? Well, then Charlie Sheen has got an opportunity you may not be able to refuse, according to TMZ. The
over the top actor has put his Beverly Hills mansion on the market, ringing in at $7.2 million -- now is that in warlock barter or US dollars?

The 7,924 square foot house, known as Sheen's Sober Valley Ranch, boasts five bedrooms and seven baths and is situated in a gated community.

"This custom-built Mediterranean in Mulholland Estates is an entertainer's dream with spacious public rooms, most of which open to a beautifully landscaped yard featuring a professional outdoor kitchen with dining area, pool and spa," the listing reads. "Other features include a screening room and top-of-the-line appliances and finishes."

During their divorce, Sheen paid ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, $1 million to take sole ownership of the house. But one thing the listing may have left out is that upon taking ownership of the abode, the new tenant will also be responsible for an unemployed and inebriated Sheen forgetfully stumbling home to his old address.

Mark Ingram Hits Homerun In Saints' Debut

In what he can only hope will be a foreshadowing of a long, successful, career in New Orleans, former Alabama running back, Mark Ingram belted a home run in a charity softball event hosted by fellow Saint, Heath Evans. Ingram tweeted the following after the big hit:

The Charlie Sheen "winning" reference aside, it seems like the affable back is off to a good start with his new team.

As for the other former Heisman winner the Saints once loved so dearly—Reggie Bush—he struck out in his at-bat.

Coincidence?

Charlie Sheen Mocks 'Sweetheart' Ashton Kutcher

Charlie Sheen has broken his silence about being replaced by Ashton Kutcher. Guess what? It's not profanity-laced! The axed 'Two and a Half Men' star told TMZ that "Kutcher is a sweetheart
and a brilliant comedic performer ... Oh wait, so am I!!"

"Enjoy the show America," Sheen said. "Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday, WB." The "2.0" is in reference to the Nielsen demographic rating, which Sheen seems to think will slip now that he's no longer with the show.

"Enjoy planet Chuck, Ashton," Sheen told the gossip site in reference to 'Men' creator Chuck Lorre. "There is no air, laughter, loyalty, or love there."

Sheen's last public communication with Lorre was a letter ripping the executive producer's plans for rebooting 'Men.'

"My fans may tune in for a minute, but at the end of the day, no one cares about your feeble show without me," Sheen said in the profanity-filled letter. "Shame on you. Not even a phone call to the man that put you on the map. The man that put 500 million dollars in your pockets."

"I can't wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented '2.5' team and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter that will echo in viewers' homes," Kutcher said in a statement. "I can't replace Charlie Sheen but I'm going to work my a** off to entertain the hell out of people!"

Ashton Kutcher to Replace Charlie Sheen on 'Two and a Half Men'

After months of much speculation, Charlie Sheen's 'Two and a Half Men' replacement has finally been selected and it's not Hugh Grant. CBS and Warner Bros. Television confirmed on Friday that
Ashton Kutcher has landed the plum role of the lead star in CBS's comedy hit.

"I can't wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented 2.5 team and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter that will echo in viewers' homes," Kutcher said in press release about the move. "I can't replace Charlie Sheen but I'm going to work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people!"

Chuck Lorre, creator and executive producer of the show, also chimed with praise for the film and TV star. "We are so lucky to have someone as talented, joyful and just plain remarkable as Ashton joining our family," Lorre said in the CBS-Warner Bros' annnouncement. "Added to that is the deep sigh of relief knowing that our family stays together. If I was any happier, it'd be illegal."

The Hollywood Reporter was first to report the casting on Thursday night. Sources also said Kutcher is set to get a "huge payday" for joining the show, but no word on the actual amount. According to TMZ sources, Kutcher will be making between $625,000 - $900,000 per episode. Sheen's base salary was $1.25 million an episode.

Kutcher added fuel to the casting fire Thursday night, when he cryptically tweeted, "What's the square root of 6.25?" The answer, it turns out, is 2.5.

In the casting announcement, WB TV boss Peter Roth called Kutcher a "big-time talent whose unique style will blend seamlessly with Jon Cryer, Angus T. Jones and the rest of this terrific ensemble."

'Two and a Half Men' producer and Charlie Sheen-nemesis, Chuck Lorre, has reportedly put together a clever storyline for Kutcher. "It's really funny," one source said. "People are going to love it."

The role will mark Kutcher's first regular series acting gig since his star-making turn on 'That 70's Show.' The 33-year-old actor has been doing movies and executive producing TV shows like MTV's 'Punk'd' since the FOX series ended in 2006.

Charlie Sheen and Snoop Dogg's 'Winning' Collaboration (VIDEO)

It's only a matter of time before Charlie Sheen's face is plastered next to the word 'winning' in the dictionary -- but for now, he'll just have to settle for a 'Winning' musical collaboration with Snoop Dogg.

Although the entire song will not premiere in full until it drops on iTunes tonight at midnight, E! Online has the warlock and the Dogg's video preview of the musical snack -- and we have a feeling with the amount of puff puff pass going on in the video, some literal snacks were involved in the making of the video as well.

Sheen debuted the collaboration with Snoop and Filter guitarist, Rob Patterson, at the Detroit stop for his 'Violent Torpedo of Truth' tour last month but after being booed off the stage, he ripped the video from the majority of his latter national appearances.

"Well, the genesis of the song is about, you know, winning," Sheen told E! "I think Snoop did a really good job at kind of encapsulating the whole vibe of, you know, the movement."

But the single won't only further catapult Sheen into winning warlock status, it will also help victims of the tornadoes that hit the South last month -- a portion of the proceeds from 'Winning' will be donated to Sheen's 'Torpedos Against Tornados' initiative.

Although the jury is still out on whether 'Winning' will be an actual success, Sheen is counting his tour as one for the maniacal.

"Overall as a grade on this as a team I think we went 17 [wins] and 4 [losses]," Sheen said. "I know there's a couple in there that felt sorta phoned in but gave me the inspiration for the following night when it was all passion and lunacy."

'Passion and Lunacy' -- we couldn't have said it better.

Charlie Sheen: Kelly Preston Shot Herself in 1990 Incident

It was the shot heard round the world more than 20 years ago when it hit newswires that Charlie Sheen had accidentally shot, then, fiancée, Kelly Preston. But now, Sheen is changing his story.
According to TMZ, during his live 'My Violent Torpedo of Truth,' show in Vancouver, he said that Preston shot herself.

In fact, Sheen wasn't even in the same room as Preston when the shot was fired, he was downstairs drinking coffee. As the ex-'Two and a Half Men' star tells it, Preston picked up a pair of his pants from which a concealed revolver fell to the bathroom floor and discharged before the bullet or shrapnel ricocheted from the toilet and into Preston.

Quite an intricate story for someone who wasn't there, no? But Sheen says the next thing he knew, Preston was standing at the top of their stairs, naked and covered in blood.

So why take the bullet for the bullet? According to TMZ, Sheen said he knew he would be blamed for it anyway.

Justin Bieber Dubs Charlie Sheen the 'Most Influential' Person in the World

What do you get when you combine Bieber Fever and Tiger Blood? A “winning” collaboration. No, Justin Bieber is not hopping on Charlie Sheen’s “Torpedo of Truth” Tour, as he is busy on his own
World Tour. However, the 17-year-old singing sensation does support Charlie and his influence on today’s society.

Justin was asked by Time magazine who he thinks is the most influential person in the world right now.

His response, via NY Post, “[It] has got to be Charlie Sheen. He’s got a million followers in one day on Twitter. And… I’ve never seen that happen before. Plus, he’s got tiger blood, and he’s always winning.”

But Charlie reportedly didn’t make the annual Time 100 list, which is revealed tomorrow.

You think Justin made the list? Who else would you like to see on it? Was Charlie snubbed?
