CIA Cover-Up in JFK’s Secret UFO Inquiry First Discovered by Scott C. Waring not William Lester. Sighting news.

I Scott C. Waring was first to link this CIA JFK document directly to cause the CIA to kill JFK also I linked it to the secret of alien structures, technology on the moon being kept secret from the public, but according to the CIA document...JFK wanted to let the public know, but the CIA had other things in mind. I wrote a whole chapter about it (written in 2007, but published in 2010.)

News Sources around the world are saying William Lester was first to publish in a book the JFK memo that is exciting UFO researchers everywhere, but that is not true. I was the first to publish its information in my book called, “UFO Sightings of 2006-2009. I published it last year in 2010. I also published the document on part of my blog at http://scwbook.blogspot.com/






I actually wrote an entire chapter in my UFO book about this document. The chapter is called, “Chapter Five: Apollo 20 Alien Technology Retrieval Mission.” I wrote this chapter back in 2007 and published it in book form in 2010, yet the writer William Lester is trying to take credit for being the first to publish the JFK document in a book.






The document info is on page 46 and it clearly states word for word the same thing written on the JFK memo. I stated below here:

‘President John F Kennedy wrote a memorandum for the CIA director about UFO Intelligence files on November 12, 1963, just eleven days before he was assassinated. The body of the memo states:







“As I have discussed with you previously, I have initiated (black out) and have instructed James Webb to develop a program with the Soviet Union in Joint space and lunar exploration. It would be very helpful if you would have the high threat cases reviewed with the purpose of identification of bona-fide as opposed to classified CIA and USAF sources. It is important that we make clear distinction between the known and unknown in the event the Soviets try to mistake our extended cooperation as a cover for intelligence gathering of their defence and space programs. When this data has been sorted out, I would like you to arrange a program of data sharing with NASA where unknowns are a factor. (unknowns here may refer to knowledge of alien cities, structures, and ships on the moon) This will help NASA mission directors in their defensive responsibilities. I would like an interim report on the data review on no later than February 1, 1964.”

The news around the world is confusing the facts of who released the document first. My book “UFO Sightings of 2006-2009” my not be a best seller but it is mine and unlike William Lester did not steal the credit from other writers.

I don’t know if he read my book and is using it as “research” or what but clearly I published the document in my book and his book has not been published yet.

US Gov Releases FBI Documents Declaring "Roswell UFO Crash" to be real, UFO Sighting News.



An investigator from the Air Forces stated that three so-called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. They were described as being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50ft in diameter.



Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 ft. tall, dressed in metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots.



According to Mr. (Informant), the saucers were found in New Mexico due to the fact that the Government has a very high-powered radar set-up in that area and it is believed the radar interferes with controlling mechanisms of the saucer.

Breaking UFO News : Answering reader questions in The Guardian, Australian-born Assange said: "Many weirdos email us about UFOs or how they discovered that they were the anti-christ whilst talking with their ex-wife at a garden party over a pot-plant. However, as yet they have not satisfied two of our publishing rules. 1) that the documents not be self-authored; 2) that they be original.



"However, it is worth noting that in yet-to-be-published parts of the Cablegate archive there are indeed references to UFOs."

This statement from Julian is an incredible clue to what will come next. Note that Julian is also a well known hacker just like another UFOlogy hero, Gary McKinnon who was seeking FREE ENERGY, which the US government is hiding due to the loss of revenue if it ever was widely used. Who is Gary Mckinnon who goes by the hacker name "Solo?"

Gary Mckinnon also managed to get access to some Excel spreadsheets of NASA. He says, “One of them had the title, Non-Terrestrial Officers. It contained names and ranks of US Air Force personnel who are not registered anywhere else. It also contained information about ship-to-ship transfers, but I’ve never seen the names of these ships noted anywhere else.” Can you imagine, US soldiers living on another planet, possibly permanently, to avoid them divulging the militaries programs and objectives to others on Earth? I the writer, have read on the internet about such a situation, it may or may not be legit, I could not confirm its source, but they say that there are over one thousand US Marines living off world and stationed in some alien built (yet abandoned) cities on the dark side of the moon.



Now, this seems unusual, but using the DVD camera technique that I mentioned in the moon chapter, I was able to find many cities, and even an entire craters that were covered in a dark sunglasses black dome. So, I for one am no longer laughing at such stories, but now looking deeper into them.


If Gary McKinnon had hacked into the patent office instead of hacking into NASA’s airbrushing room, he may have been successful at finding the blueprints to create a device for free energy. Photographs of such machines would be much less valuable to the public than blueprints. One man, hacker though he may be, could have actually changed the world for the better. I wish they had a medal of honor for Joe Public when he literally puts his life on the line for not just his country but the entire world. Gary McKinnon holds that great honor for fighting for those who believe in him and for those who do not. You are a modern day John Wayne. I and the world thank you Solo, but Julian Assange will succeed where Solo had failed and he will RAISE HUMANITIES LEVEL OF AWARENESS OF THE REALITY AROUND THEM.
